siview windows 7

when i try to start siview. the program starts then i get the message.access to the path c:\program files (x86) \siview.inis denied.help please

I've now fixed the below problem.  Windows Vista & 7 don't like it when you try and write to the Program Files directory.  That has now been fixed.
