Helix 9 down imaging not working, but side imaging & 2D works

I have my helix 9 transducer on my ultrex. Yesterday my down imaging quit working, but my side imaging and 2D still worked. I turned the unit off and power it back on then it started to work. After a little while, it went back to working when I would use the trolling motor.

Is this HELIX 9 SI Gen1 or HELIX CHIRP MEGA SI G2N  ...??

Try Restore Defaults under the Setup tab  ...

If that doesn't work - the xducer may be failing and time to call HB  ...
