Topic: Onix stuck in simulation mode

After recently updating the software on my Onix 10 SI it is now stuck in simulation mode.
When I go to the simulation menu I am unable to select the options to turn off simulation mode.
I have perFormed two resets to factory default and the problem persists.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this issue,mane how I resolve it?

Is the xducer still attached ... ??

Is "Demo Mode" on or off (directly under Simulation in the right pane) ...??

You need to shut your unit down and when you restart it you will get the welcome screen.  If you do not select start normal mode then it will boot up in the simulation mode.  You have to watch for that screen or you will miss it and you are back in simulation.  You will only get this option screen at boot up if your unit is in the simulation mode.
