I just install the as 360 tm and as gps hs. I have things working better but still need to know if I should go back to "true north" after calibration of COG and Heading in "magnetic north" ?

Not unless you want to run your unit on the True North setting.  Once calibrated you can make whatever menu choices you want to run.
