Topic: creating a route from waypoints

How do you create a route using 2 or more waypoints? I know
it is a simple process but haven't had any luck with it.

I only did it once.

I think you create a route, and give it a name,
then key in the name or select each waypoint
in the route.

They have to be in the correct order (as in traveling from one waypoint to the next).
