Helix 5 g2 loosing depth
« on: June 16, 2023, 09:55:01 AM »
My 5 looses the signal when I hit the trolling motor to move the boat. Works when turning motor but stops when motor head is turning. I have a minn kota Terrova that the guy I bought it from had head resealed at some point. First hooked 5 with the internal puck and had the problem. Ran the original puck down the shaft and mounted to the head. Same problem is there a fix or what can I check out. It’s only for depth and fish finder but not good if I loose the picture. I’d like to use internal transducer if at all possible. Thanks
