What products can be used to clean my display?

Humminbird recommends using Windex® Vinegar Multi Surface(in the spray bottle).

Do NOT use any wipes products (which can also be available as the brand name Windex Multi-Task).

The lens contains a special coating which improves visibility.  It is recommend to use the above cleaner because we have tested and proved this cleaner.  It does not deteriorate the coatings on the lens.

Hate to bring this up again but I can't find the Windex locally.  Any other alternatives?  Also what type of cloth is everyone using?

Thanks
James

justfishin-- I found the Windex® Vinegar Multi Surface(in the spray bottle) at Walmart.
Just spray a corner of a microfiber cloth, wipe screen, and dry with dry portion of cloth.

Does it get rid of the nasty water spot outlines? Also has anyone ever tried the rain x application to keep water from staying on the surface?

The Windex® Vinegar Multi Surface is the quick clean solution. However, if you still have water stain spots after using it, grab a microfiber cloth, wet it with warm water and apply a couple of small drops of Dawn® dishwashing liquid to the cloth. Gently wipe the screen clean with the portion of the cloth that you applied the Dawn® to, then warm rinse the cloth, wipe the screen and dry it with a couple of tissue papers. Your spots will be gone  8)
