Straight on look at where the transducer is mounted bewteen the jack plate.  The picture was taken infront of the motor otherwise it would be in the way.

I have a targa 2000 with an offset transom and am trying to find a way to mount a SI tranducer.  Your mount looks like it would work for me. I wasn't sure if prop wash or turbulance in general would be a problem with mounting a transducer directly behind the motor.  Are you happy with the setup? Do you have any interference?  For some reason its not letting me post a pic of my transom.  If you would like to see a pic, I have a couple posted on the walleyecentral.com message board under the boats forum.
