Title: 798 cisihd depth wrong

Hello I went ice fishing last weekend for the first time using 798 and it was great never go without it again everything worked great but depth was wrong in display but right on flasher and 2d screen itself I have 7.12 software wondering if their was bug in it

What was wrong with the depth.Too deep or shallow and how did you measure actual depth? The sonar tab has a depth offset. Bob

the 2d graph and flasher would show jig at bottom and show depth at 15 ft  the display in corner on 2d and display in center of flasher would be 25 ft one time and maybe 4ft next time moving back and forth between holes everyonce in a while display and graph would match

Strange, Maybe set to defaults in case there is a setting causing a problem. I have seen digital depth show shallower than the graph but not deeper. Maybe check the depth offset under the setup tab. It allows a minus or plus 10' adjustment. Bob

went out today after default reset and depth display matched 2d graph thanks for the help bobcoy
