Topic: New Products for 2010 Availability

I talked to Johnson Worldwide Store in Racine and they said the new line would not be available until late March or so.  I notice some web sites are offering units for sale now not mentioning arrival dates or "not in stock".  Anyone know otherwise.

as far as I know the 2010 products are out.  In fact someone received a 2010 unit a month ago.  HB has probably has been shipping as soon as enough product is available.  Contact the your supplier directly they should be able to tell you what is available.

When I got ready to purchase my 1197 I called http://www.jandhproducts.com/ and talked to John in Customer Service..
I told him I was adamant about buying a 2010 model for the preloaded ContourXD basemap..

John took my number and said he would call me back as soon as he had a 2010 model he could sell me...

1 hour later John called me.....he said he had called HB personally and found out that HB was shipping 2010 models to retailers that had already depleted their 2009 stock.....

HB also told him that the 2010 models had been in production since Sept '09...

John said he had found me a 2010 model at one of his California distributers....

John and I made the sale right then on the phone.....and it was $450 cheaper than Bass Pro...

I can't say enough about John at J and H products......He went completely out of his way to find me a 2010 model....I received the unit 1-6-10......

This is what is so great about this site, without your information we might not know:

1.  That HB hsa been shipping since Sept.

2.  That we really must ask specific questions on a order to make sure we are getting the latest model and not older ones which were overstocked.

And I agree that J and H Products are very good.
