Merging old onix zero lines maps with helix autochart live

Hello, my question is about Merging old onix zero lines maps with helix autochart live maps. Many years ago I mapped out several lakes on my old 1199 unit to an sd card and later on the computer put them on my zero lines card. I have upgraded to a helix 12 unit and have gone over areas of the same lakes. I would like to merge this data if possible. Right now I can only have one or the other. Is there a way to do this? I am also looking to upgrade to a xplore unit and would still like to keep my old maps and data if possible. I appreciate any help you could give me!
