Title: Helix 12 si di mega and a 998 si di HD

So how do I hook the two together? Do I use separate transducers or will the 998 work through the new mega transducer?

You would need the AS EC QDE Ethernet adapter cable for the HELIX  ... (998 has a direct Ethernet connection)  ...

And you would need an Ethernet cable long enough to reach  ...

You will be able to share waypoints, accessories, and "like" Sonar technologies   ...

CHIRP will have to be shut off to share 2d or SI with the 998  ...

MEGA DI and SI will not share to 998 - only 455/800kHz fixed frequency SI  ...

Each unit can have its own xducer connected (with the above sharing limitations)  ...
