Title: Importing data from SD card to 997 or 998...TIP/TRICK

I was not able to find a way to upload the data to the control unit from the card.
Both the 997 and 998 failed to load the waypoints from HBPC into the control unit.  Everything i looked for said that the units should just "load it or "see it".  never happened on either unit.

Then I did a google search which led to the following link Where Hummer Greg suggested inserting the card with the unit powered up:  POOF ! Typical Greg Magic!  THANKS GREG

This was a programmed change to the units some time back promapper.
Good reminder though.
