Removal from mount.
« on: May 28, 2012, 12:49:20 PM »
Has anyone found the secret to removal from the mount.  I have always had to battle to remove
my units.  Silicone helps some but there must be something that will make removal easy.   ::)

You don't want it too easy. What if it pops off running flat out across the water?

I agree with Fay.... I battle with it every time I remove mine and the other day almost lost a few teeth as it came banging on my chin. Bad bad bad and probably will not be buying another one because of the mount removal!!

I think I did one side first, then the other.

LocDown is right.  If it's too easy/too flimsy, then people would complain
that it came off the mount and fell, and would want HB to replace it for nothing.
