nmea out different speeds live vs playback drdepth nomad
« on: April 09, 2013, 05:19:58 AM »
Just assembled the cable for live mapping with my android and drdepth using the nomad app. The drdepth nomad app listens at 4800 baud.
In demo mode drdepth nomad gets the depth info beautifully.
As soons as i switch to live mode ( i mean playback off and getting real data in the water):there is no depth info anymore on nomad..

I can only assume my 997 csi outputs playback data with 4800 baud and in live mode ( comnected with the piggy cable from the as gr50) it is outputting at higher speeds.

Makes sense anyone?
