Helix 8
« on: September 25, 2019, 12:17:43 PM »
I recently purchased a Helix 8 MSI GPS G3N  Unfortunately do to the design of my boat I cannot mount the transducer on the back of my boat. I have included a picture of my bow mount trolling motor because I am trying to find a transducer that will work with my Helix and fit under on my bow mount trolling motor with 6” of space.
Thank you,
Shawn

While there are other xducers that will work with your unit - using a smaller xducer on your MEGA unit would degrade the Sonar quality that unit can provide  ...

Transducer shield and saver web site has a lot of Humminbird shields that might help you out.

As a PS I bought a transducer mount from Podunkideas .com. I have had two of his mounts and I can't say enough good about them. I just put a Helix G3N on the bow using his mount.
