Title: While recording data other views are useless

1.)While attempting to record data for the auto chart program , the record view seems to function and collect as intended, however any of the other views ie; switchfire, sideimaging, downimaging, are useless , switchfire seems to be the worst, with no recognizable image.
 
2.) during the time that the recording is taking place, the depth reading is also highly erratic.

I am using a new 999cisihd and a 32gb sandisk ultra plus 80mb/s  (10) to collect the data on.
While not in recording mode, screen presentations are normal, and useable.

any help to point me in the correct direction would be greatly appreciated , thanks in advance.

I find my 798 the same some have had success by formatting card to fat 32 ?? or trying a diiferent card brand best to use class 10
I usually turn off AC background map when recording and JUST record that's all on that unit...
