i AM A LITTLE CONFUSED AS HOW TO RECORD THE  WRIGHT SCREEN ON MY 898C SI COMBO . SEEMS LIKE EVERY TIME I BRING UP THE SCREEN I WANT TO RECORD, IT RECORDS SOMETHING ELSE. HOW DO YOU RECORD THE SCREEN YOU WANT?

When you are recording, all data is recorded. You play it back like you want to see it buy choosing the view/s on your unit. If are playing it on your computer with a third party software like HumViewer you still select the view/s you want.

It records all transducers unless you have turned off.  On the sonar record the b00X files are the different images and the GPS/track.
You could look at the recorded file  and see what files are in the RECORD file...
