Network old helix with new
« on: September 02, 2023, 09:46:42 AM »
OK so I have a gen 1 helix 9 si on the bow of boat. I ordered a g4n helix 7 di for the helm. I want to network them together with nothing else. Do I need two different dongles for them. I'm assuming not. Also my plan is to connect my minnkota transducer to the helix 9 si and connect my transom si transducer to the helix di. Will I get my helix 9 si to see the si transducer connected to the di. Would that work or do I need to buy extention cables to switch head units.
