What is the first secreen you see after power on?
Is there a next screen?
Have you pressed any buttons up to this point?
Lets start from here and see what is happening..

Start with the obvious first:
Is your battery good?  Charge it up and load test it.
Are the power connections and fuse good and tight, and corrosion free?

I have power and can view all other screens correctly. It is just the image screen. I can see the little boat and it seems to be scrowling but I can not get any images.

It comes up with the legal performance page ,I hit exit and then my tracking on both sides page 75 ft. comes up with only the boat in the middle and a dark script page moving across.

OK, do you have any sd cards in the slot?
If so remove and bring up again.
when you say all screens are ok but the image screen, which screen are you speaking of? A sonar screen or a navigation screen..?

It's very difficult to know exactly what you are talking about.
Is your boat on the water or are you on dry land?

What images are you talking about.
If you are standing in one spot, you won't see the map move on your
screen.

Keep pressing the view button to see all of the different screens available to you.

If you are seeing other screens OK, your screen brighteness setting must be OK......maybe you just have your sensitivity way too low for the SI to show an image........If the sensitivity doesn't do you any good, I would try to reset the unit to default settings and go from there.
