Title: Converting files from SD on HBSI convertor

I can not get a recording to convert. I uploaded a file (see pic) but the box to the right side of the (Load HB recording) for converting the file to a different format will not highlight and even though the file seems to have loaded I keep getting the error message on the pic.

I don't know anything about converting from one format to another, but one thing I did see is the recording is over 3 hours long.
Maybe that is the problem. I try to keep my recordings to about 20 minutes in length. That works good in HumViewer. Longer recordings
pose problems loading. Just a thought.
