Title: That is a vent hole – not a reset button
Post by: Humminbird_Greg on February 06, 2015, 03:35:16 PM: On some of the Humminbird units there are small holes in the front, bottom, top or back of the unit housings. Depending on the model where they will be located. These are for ventilation purposes only and are not in any way a reset button. Poking something in there will rupture the ventilation patch and render your unit non-waterproof!

I was wondering the same think Rickie.....must be quite a few if it is necessary to post a warning :)
