I need a little help... after finding fish and or interesting structure how do go about going back to find it and then fishing it ?

You can move the cursor on your 798 and mark a GPS waypoint on it so you can go back to it anytime.  To fish the spot, I like to use marker buoys on the water so I can have a reference point if it's in open water.  You don't want to scare the fish away so I wouldn't drop the buoys right on top of the structure, rather drop a buoy on either side of the structure (or both sides) and then fish it.

To fish it immediately do you set a way point then push go to? how close to are you when you get arrival?

If you're that close to it, you shouldn't need to "go to" the newly created waypoint.  You can just go to the map screen of the Humminbird and the waypoint should show up there.  You can drive the boat to the spot.  What I normally do is drive my boat back around and find the piece of structure I want to fish.  Once I see it show up on my SI, I get ready to drop a buoy.  As soon as I'm past it, I drop the buoy.  I turn around and do it again (get to the other side of the structure and drop the buoy). 

If the structure is deep enough, you can drive boat directly over the structure.  I'm not a big fan of driving directly over a piece of structure so I know that my buoys might be a little bit away from the structure.  To find out how far away the piece of structure is, you can do this in SI screen.  Move the cursor to the piece of structure and it'll tell you how far away it is.  If you still aren't sure where the structure is relative to the buoys, you can throw a search bait that can feel the bottom.  I love to bass fish so I usually throw a jig or Texas rigged worm and feel my way around the bottom.  Then I know for sure where it is relative to the two buoys I threw out. 

Hardest part after that... Just make sure the camera is in focus when you get your picture taken with that fish!
