I have a new onix 8 sw ver 2.3. Directly connected via ethernet cable to tm mounted 360. HB support instructed me to go to configure new network -> Sync network to get the unit to recognize the 360 transducer. A few minutes into the network sync i get the message network configuration failed. Does anyone have any experience with this issue? The support number is busy right now.

Well after troubleshooting with support on the phone again it was decided that I had adefective unit. I called the dealer I bought it from and he gave me a brand new unit in exchange. Once I had the new unit installed the onix recognized the 360 so we are golden now. I took it on the lake today but the weather made it hard to get much graph time in with it. Hope the wind slacks off some soon.
