Suggested Upgrade:	Provide a PC bootstrap for the new 98 series
Explanation:	since PC 4.2 does not work with the new 98 series of HB's we need a bootstrap capability for them. As it stands almost any lockup requires a send back to the factory now.. We should have a field reset method as we are experiencing lockups that may be attributed to another part of the software having problems. Like we have in waypoint management.... Chuck
