Chuck,

Please let us know a little more about your problem.  What did the error say?

Are you using the HBSI Converter?

I see my post left out my error message.  Here is a snapshot of the error:

Yes, I am using the HB converter.  Could this error be from using Windows 7?  Have the same problem with my diabetic meter.

The only reason I am trying to use Yellow Fin, is because I can change color and my scans seem clearer.

Is there another program I could use?

Thanks for the help.

Looks like you are missing some files.  The program uses the .dat file to open the correct folder and then there are 3 or more .son files in the folder.

Basically, you need to copy the entire RECORD folder from your SD card.   Each .dat file has an associated folder and that folder has the associated .idx and .son files.  So if you want to copy a recording from the RECORD folder, you must copy the R00***.dat and the entire R00*** folder and its contents.  The .idx and .son must stay in the folder.

Hi
I have also a problem with YellowFin

First i copy the hole RECORD folder from the SD card , then i use the HB converter to convert the DAT file in a XTF file.
When i open this file with YellowFin i get the errormassage -- This is not a Imagenex YellowFin.exe record file! --
I can open ant view these xtf.file with the SIView software witout a problem.
What do i wrong ?

HBSI Converter does not convert to XTF format.  You must be using the Son2XTF.  Yellowfin will not open an XTF that is converted by Son2XTF.

You will have to use the HBSI Converter to convert the SON files to .872 format, then open with Yellowfin.
