The 4.950 Software update for 1100 series is available on the Hummingbird Support Site. It was listed yesterday but the link did not work. It it working this morning.
Main fix listed is the shallow depth readings. Several other fixes listed and not listed according to the the 'read me' file. I have not installed it but it is sitting on the SD card ready to go.

Any word on if this helps the interlink problems?
-
No it does not. As far as I know, the Interlink issue has been related to either wiring or power/current draw issues.
Here is the link to the 1197 4.950 update in the download section here: http://forums.sideimagingsoft.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=76 (http://forums.sideimagingsoft.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=76)
