Title: can not start update from SD-card on my new 997ci

Downloaded the new updates 4.750 to SD-card (2,7 MB)       when I put the card in the slot and restarts,  the msg "do you want to upgrade to version 4.750" pops up - I press YES - the dialog box goes red and I press YES again to confirm - then nothing more happens. The sounder starts up and runs like before.     Have tried many times now, same result. The new updates have not been istalled.
Anyone have any idea what to do?

Welcome to the forum.  HB is trying to trick you!  On the second pop up, it is asking you if you want to abort the update, not continue.  You should answer "NO".  Then the update will start.

haha   that's what I get from not reading the instructions properly..... well that was an easy repair then, thanks Robert!
