Humminbird's Customer Service Rocks

From my experience HB's customer service is the best. 

Since purchasing my 1197 I have contacted HB a few times and they have responded quickly taking care of the issues. 

HB quickly responded when I had an electrical interference issue with the trolling motor transducer.

Recently I purchased a transom mounted QuadraBeam Transducer, this weekend I noticed that one of the leg mounts was broken and contacted HB, they responded today with the part was on it's way. 

HB responds quickly and follows up until the issue is corrected.

Kudos to HB's Customer Service
