Title: 998, Ipilot link and ipilot remote software updates
Post by: 6speedy3 on March 06, 2015, 01:56:11 PM
I recently purchased the i-pilot link for terrova, I will be linking it to my 998c si. After the install, is the proper software update order as follows: 998, ipilot link, handheld?
Thanks in advance

I think so 6speedy3 but check the comments when you download the iPilot Link software from your account on the Humminbird website to be sure.  It will have instructions on the order you should do them in.

Do I use the same card and have all three on the same sd card or each update on a separated sd card?

You can use the same SD card for all three but personally I would put only one update file on the card at a time.  I've never heard of all three on the SD card causing a problem but I'm paranoid.
