Is your terrova turned on? Can you operate it from your remote or foot pedal?

If you're seeing both units under Network, try connecting Link direct to one of the units.  If that works then may want to try a different port on the switch.

If you aren't getting a Network menu then no network is being established.  Verify both units are running compatible software versions.  Try the following procedure to reset the IP Address:

1.  Power both units up, and once they are fully booted and running, DISCONNECT both your Ethernet connections while powered, reset defaults - and shut down.
2.  Power both back up and make sure they have been running several minutes to ensure they are fully booted and reset defaults once again.
3.  Shut down a second time - before you boot each back up again, reconnect the ethernet cables and turn both units back on.

Or, connect both units direct with ethernet cable (bypassing the switch) to determine if ethernet switch is bad.

Sounds like the switch if it worked with the direct hookup.  Might try different ports on switch.

I know this sounds like a dumb question, but is the Ethernet switch powered up.

It has some mighty fine wires connecting it to the power.

According to original post, power was checked.  Good point though because it is a potential single point failure in a network with multiple units/accessories.
