Title: Onix SW Update Problem

Trying to complete the 2.3 to 3.0 update process.  Unit was in normal mode.  Put the card in, unit prompted me to install 3.0, selected "yes" and watched the screen say "installing" for a couple minutes.  Came back about 30 mins later and I only have the grey screen with the hummingbird logo that gets displayed as part of the start up.  No progress bars, nothing.  Anyway, it appears to be hung up on the restart.  No idea why.  I was not watching the process so I don't know but assume it at some point displayed "SUCCESS" and then started the reboot, which is I'm assuming where it sits now.  It's been close to 2 hours as of this point since I started.  Any recommendations?  Should I power the unit down and try to restart it?  Or I can give HB a call in the morning assuming it is not going to come up online.  There are no accessories or other units on the network.  Thanks in advance for any guidance.

I do believe I would call HB before doing anything else  ...

So to close the loop here, I called HB and they had me power the unit down and restart it.  We checked the version of the software install and everything was all good, version 3.0 was successfully installed.  There was no explanation as to why the unit did not successfully restart.
