Hi -
I'm looking to purchase a Helix 7 unit and am looking for one compatible with 1199 settings - any insight or suggestions about which model to get?

What does “compatible with 1199 settings” mean ... ??

Do you mean sharing things between the 2 units  ... ??

I've been told certain models' files can be converted to the 1199 settings, and I'm looking to determine which models can do that.

I'm working on a project where I need to process large batches of Humminbird sonar files, and most of the processing software is designed for 1199 settings.

OK  ... so you’re not just sharing info between units during regular Sonar use on the water  ...
