998c si transducer install
« on: April 01, 2012, 08:55:33 AM »
Installed my new 998c si yesterday. When the transducer is installed there seems to be quit a bit of slop when it is snapped into the metal bracket. The transducer will move a good 1/8 of an inch when water pressure hits it. Is this normal? Upper pivot is tight. Is it acceptable to squeeze the metal bracket to get a tighter fit? Thanks, Scott
