6.64 update question
« on: August 21, 2013, 11:07:57 AM »
I am planning on updating my 898 si to 6.64. I  installed a high speed transducer a while back and used the splitter cable which eliminates the factory 2d transducer. My question is will I need to removed the high speed transducer and set it back up to factory before performing update?
Thanks
Billy

Welcome to the Humminbird Side Imaging Forums Poorman.

No you won’t Billy.
The transducers that are connected to the unit have nothing to do with installing a software update.
