Topic: "Create LakeMaster IMG Layer" is grayed out under Windwos11

My colleague has bought a Solix12 and Autchart Pro.
We have installed Autochart under Windows11 and inserted the Zeroline Card so that it is displayed as a drive.
After inserting the Zeroline Card, the menu item "Create LakeMaster IMG Layer" is grayed out - i.e. cannot be selected.
The same Zeroline Card works with Autochart and Windows10 on my PC without any problems.
Is this a known bug under Windows11?
Is there a workaround or bug fix?
