coordinate question
« on: January 21, 2016, 06:57:42 PM »
newbie question again. Say if I have a coordinate for a spot on a lake that I got out of my regional sporting magazine is there a way to enter the info on my 1199 SI GPS to have my fancy boat icon get me there as long as the lake is already in my installed lake program(Carters lake here in north ga)..thnx in advance.

Yes, you can manually enter a waypoint ..... One of the tricks is that the waypoint data format can vary and you have to take that into consideration.

That's kind of an overview ..... I'm sure Rickie will check in with some better detail.
**Looking for the one that makes it all worthwhile**
