Title: WTS : Strange Noise on Humviewer

Hi,
I have upload to HV ,
I see clearly on Humminbird 998cx SI when i play the record...
But when i play on HV , there's is a noise...
Noise on SI or DI.

Please check on pic below..

Anybody know...what is wrong setting on HB or HV ?

Hi Joel

Are you using the same time another sonar?
It can also be interference from the electrical system (power supply). According to one possible answer sepeate use battery for power supply.

Actually when i get this pic :
We use 2 unit, Same Battery and Transducer space around 1.2 Meter , The HB we use is 998C SI and 570DI .


This very possible...i miss that thing...

I get the same type of noise and I know it's radiated from either the engin's ignition system or charging system. I use separate batteries. The stains do not show on the display while on water because they are filtered away by the unit. Humviewer shows the raw recording so all types of disturbancies are shown. If you look carefully, you will see there is a symmetry in the stain pattern between left and right SI views.

Hi Joel

When i use my EAGLE for DI with 85khz and my HB898 for SI in the same time, i have the same effeckt.
