Title: 899 blurry SI on 800khz need solution

my SI has good view on 455 kHz but when I switch to 800 kHz its really bright and blurry cant make out anything what is the solution

First off; what is the model name of the transducer you are using with the 899 unit?  Are you using the Compact Side Imaging (CSi – XNT-9-Si-180-T) transducer that came with the 899 unit or did you exchange it for the larger High Definition Side Imaging (HDSi – XHS-9-HDSi-180-T) transducer?

Is this a new problem or has it always been like this?

I did got all the info to send it back and have it repaired
