Try Restore Defaults under the Setup tab  ...

If that doesn't work you may have a failing xducer  ...

Test your head unit on another xducer - or another head unit on your xducer  ...

Or call HB - 1-800-633-1468

I will try a reset in the am.....I have it networked with a 7" helix mega di...is there a way to test through the networking.

No sir  ... Testing a failing SI xducer needs to done by direct connection of another SI xducer to head unit with the ethernet disconnected  ...

Testing a DI unit on your SI xducer will not tell you anything because the DI unit (when testing as a stand alone unit) doesn't have SI views for verification  ...
