Title: Which software is the best?
Post by: neeper67 on May 09, 2011, 10:54:30 AM
I have been using the hummview, it is good for manipulating the waypoint names, but very basic. I actually have been creating waypoints with raw GPS coordinates (using another program to generate them called openCPN).

The playback is nice, but I dont know how to make a waypoint if I see something using playback, is this possible? I look at the side imagine playback and see rocks, but I dont know if I can mark those rocks somehow.

Anyway, I have been looking at other options which may offer more features, I just downloaded Yellowfin but have not fully tested.

What do you guys use? I want to know from the experienced. I will then learn that program
