I've been playing with my 899 & related software waiting for my upgrade xducer to arrive. HPC is cool! Since I have no actual 899 data to experiment with I substituted a GPX file I created with Streets and Trips awhile ago. Problem is, when using those coordinates in Google Map, many waypoints are off by 50-300 ft. (including launch ramp locations built with S&T).
Question. Is there an easy way, using Google Maps, to reposition (using cursor to slide?) a waypoint that is not accurate and have Google update its coordinates so the map displays correctly? Then I'd create a new gpx file with correct coordinates to use with Google/Hum PC.
In the past I never used Google Maps since Microsoft's S&T did everything I needed and was simple to use as a trip planning tool. However S&T is now discontinued with nothing to replace it from MS. The errors I see are probably attributed to the use of different map software and some by me marking locations from my recliner.

Forget it...I erroneously used a very early test GPX file from a map I had simply estimated where to put waypoints on a map graphic. :P

I was about to go find Camohunter or LittleGazzoo ...(I sure didn't know the answer) ...
