Title: how to read a .csv file

Good day,
I have exported a file from humviewer and am not sure what all the colums are when I open the file.


                     Lat/Long                            Depth           Date           Time                      ?               ?
EX:17.5310374   -63.35643047   3.4    20140909 12:06:56.0    1.6   103.1
