Now that I have my 798 recording I am looking at data in Yellowfin.
What is most user's favorite color schemes and why? What advantages to the different scheme?
Is there a way to jump to a particular time in the Dat recording? I have not figured out how to go to a particular place in time without just running it all the way through.

I prefer the Brown/Orange. It just seems to show the details and shadows better. I would pick a target and switch between the color schemes and see which one you like. Some of them the thresholds are off and dont show the details as well and it cannot be adjusted.
As for moving to a particular time, you just have to use the scroll bar and find your point in time.
I am working on all these features in my new software.

I played around with YellowFin the last three days.
Tried to find a small sunken sail boat and did some recordings. The most promising contact looked best in the inverted grey scheme.
BTW: How can I make a picture like the one you posted in your reply Bob?

Ecactly how do you do that, I do not think I see anything advancing

PP,
It will not advance the image as you scroll, but you can move it and see the time on the Status Bar at the bottom.
