I've had problems with interlink disconnecting. Humminbird sent me directions on how to 'reset' the interlinking that should fix it. First step is to export all my waypoints to an SD card.
I put an SD card in the slot on the unit and went to Nav menu and selected export all data. I confirmed export and it said all data was exported fine. A profile text document and MATRIX folder with a DATA.HWR file was created on the SD Card. Next step was to be sure I had all my data by downloading it into humminbirdPC. I put the SD Card in the computer and a tab came up for downloading the data to PC. When I do this it says "Download DATA Error" and nothings happens. What should I do now?

Went out and bought a new SC Card. Same issue.

What brand and type SD card are you using?
If you want, you could email me the data.hwr file and I will check it out. It could be a Humminbird PC issue.

I was able to see the points when I clicked on the data button so I went ahead and did the steps to reset interlink that Humminbird gave me. That went well.I haven'tbeen able to really test the untis yet. Never could download the points to PC. I tried reloading PC also.
Where do I e-mail the HWR file?
