Title: Updating 360 software

I downloaded update V 2.030 to an SD card and put the card in the card reader of my 1199ci HDSI and the box came up saying (updating accessory: 360 Imaging) its been that way for 30 min and hasn't finished what am I doing wrong?

Is your 360 connected and turned on and does your 1199 recognize the 360 while you are doing the upgrade?

How I can Know which version of 360 I've got and which are the newest features from that update=
