Post by: Irishrover on October 30, 2010, 09:40:51 AM: I've got a 998SI and when I'm editing my waypoints, the choices I am offered for icons isn't much...falling tree, fish symbol, dock...there's not much more to use to help me describe what is at the waypoint I'm marking. Has anyone heard of Humminbird making changes & possibly updating the icons?

This was announced quite a while back.
Maybe the announcements should not go out so quick until HB knows the software is ready.....\

The holdup is that they have not had the time to sort out the problems that showed up during qualifying testing. Just try and be patient for this as it was a bonus sort of feature that they thought they would have ready in time but some problems showed up so it was not released.
