Title: 1198c update issues

I have the 6.1 update in my 1198c been havin trouble with it so I download the v6490 to my sd card and my 1198 will not read it . Any suggestions?

Are there any other files on the SD card?  If so, try deleting them and try it again.
You may also want to try fully formatting the SD card that you are using for this (not a “quick format”), and download the software update to it again.

What is the name of the file you are trying to load?
