Humminbird 595c?

Does anyone know what GPS antenna a Humminbird 595c takes? I looked eveywhere and I can't fine it.

The most uptodate antenna is the GR-50.
However if you are good with wires you can make most antennas fit your unit since it is external mount...

GR 50 does not work with Fishfinder 595c
A very old machine. Only GR-16

Yes. External.
You might have added the older model and the gr16 as you just did.....so the rest of us would not stick our foot in our mouths..

It is the GR 16, the same one my 787c2 takes and my sons 595 works with mu antenna, so there is something wrong with the GPS in my unit.

Joey, did not see that you had a problem, just the question..

Before you send to HB check the pins on the unit where the cable plugs in.
If they are ok then its off to HB for repair..

Try to reset the device and update firmware.

I reset Defaults and updated the software to the current software, it didn't help, is firmware something else I can update?
