I have purchased a Helix 7 GPS SI G2N, an Terrova BT iPilot Link and Autochart.
I have created a iTrack with Autochart and named it "k9MS_SWW.hit".
I put this file into the MATRIX directory of my zeroline card.
But my Helix did not show the iTrack.
What do I do wrong?
regards
Wolfgang
P.S.: iPilot is working, waypoint exchange from the Helix to the remote is working.
And I have updated all the devices to the latest versions.
I originaly posted my question under Helix: http://forums.sideimagingsoft.com/index.php?topic=10274.0 (http://forums.sideimagingsoft.com/index.php?topic=10274.0)

Humminbird has not answered yet.
But somebody from the german forum "Barsch Alarm" has posted the solution.
The file names of iTracks generated from Autochart Pro have to be written in upper-case characters, like this: ITABCD.HIT
They may not contain special characters, like: _.,/- and so on.
The MATRIX directory may not contain die file "DATA.HWR".
Copy DATA.HWR to your PC, delete it from the MATRIX directory, import the iTracks, restore DATA.HWR from the PC.
If you follow those rules, it works.
best regards

Another curiosity, if I delete the files DATA.HWR and DATA.HIT from the matrix directory of the zeroline card and copy the iTrack import files into the matrix directory, then sometimes the helix imports the waypoints of the deleted files and does not import the iTracks.
If I use a formatted SD card (not the zeroline card), then the import of the iTracks always works.
